These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wisibl platform. By using Wisibl, youagree to these Terms.
1. What Wisibl Does
Wisibl is an AI-powered workspace that captures product conversations from tools like Slack, Google Meet, and Notion, and organizes them into a searchable knowledge graph. It helps product teams find context, avoid repeated questions, and keep documentation current.
2. Your Account
You need an account to use Wisibl. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, let us know immediately at support@wisibl.com.
3. Your Data
You own your data. Wisibl does not claim ownership of any conversations, documents, or knowledgegenerated from your content.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service, meaning: capturing conversations, building your knowledge graph, powering AI search, and maintaining your product docs. This license ends when you close your account and your data is deleted.
We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use Wisibl for anything illegal; record conversations without proper notice toparticipants as required by your local laws; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; resell orredistribute access to Wisibl; or interfere with the platform’s operation.
You’re responsible for making sure the people whose conversations are captured through Wisibl know it’s happening. How you handle this depends on your local laws — in some places, just informing participants is enough; in others, you may need explicit consent.
5. Pricing and Payment
Wisibl offers free and paid plans. Pricing details are on our website. Paid plans are billed in advance,and fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice beforechanging prices.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Wisibl connects to third-party tools like Slack, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Jira, and others. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for how those services operate.
7. AI-Generated Content
Wisibl’s AI generates summaries, answers, and structured knowledge from your conversations. While we work hard to make this accurate, AI can make mistakes. You should verify important information before acting on it. We’re not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
The Wisibl platform, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us. Your data belongsto you. If you send us feedback or feature suggestions, we may use them to improve the productwithout obligation to you.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Wisibl available and reliable, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We’re not liable for downtime, though we’ll do our best to minimize it and communicate about scheduled maintenance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisibl is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can stop using Wisibl and close your account at any time. We can also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, you’ll have 30 days to export your data before we delete it.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll let you know about significant changes via email or a notice in the app. Continuing to use Wisibl after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction — update this once your company is registered]. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
