Is Explore really free forever?
Yes. No credit card required. You get 600 minutes and 50 Ask Wisibl queries every month. Most people who love the product upgrade within a few weeks, but there's zero pressure.
What counts as a "minute"?
Meeting minutes are counted by the duration of the transcript you upload or ingest. A 45-minute standup uses 45 minutes. A 90-minute strategy session uses 90 minutes. Simple and predictable.
What does "all new features for 1 year" mean?
We're shipping fast. When you subscribe to Focus or Compound, every feature we release in the next 12 months is included at no extra cost. Integrations, new AI capabilities, analytics — all yours. After the year, your plan continues at the same price with the features available at that time.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your settings. If you cancel a paid plan, your data stays in read-only mode so you never lose your knowledge graph.
How does Compound billing work for teams?
Compound is billed per user in your workspace. Add a teammate and you'll be prorated for the current period. Remove someone and we credit the unused time. The 6,000 minutes are shared across the team. Owners and admins manage billing.
Is my product data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never use your content to train AI models. Each workspace is fully isolated. You can export or delete everything at any time. DPA available on request.
What if I need more than 6,000 minutes?
Talk to us about Enterprise. You'll get unlimited minutes, multiple workspaces, and a custom plan for your organization. For most teams, 6,000 minutes covers 100+ hours of meetings a month — more than enough.
