No tricks. No hidden fine print. This page explains exactly how refunds and cancellations work at Wisibl.
Overview
At Wisibl, we want you to feel confident paying for our product. If Wisibl isn't right for you, we won't hide behind fine print. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms in plain language.
It applies to all Wisibl subscriptions — Pro, Team, and Enterprise — purchased directly from Wisibl. If you signed up through a reseller or marketplace, their refund policy applies instead.
In one sentence
Monthly plans have a 2-day refund window. Annual plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee, then prorated refunds for unused time. Enterprise is governed by your contract.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions (Pro and Team) are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
Within 2 days of billing
If you request a refund within 2 days of your billing cycle starting, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.
After 2 days
If more than 2 days have passed since your billing cycle started, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing month.
You will not be charged for the next month.
The charge for the current month is not refunded.
Example
You're on the Team plan. Your monthly cycle renewed on April 10 and you were charged $25 per user. If you cancel on April 11, you'll get a full refund. If you cancel on April 20, your plan remains active until May 9, and then stops renewing — but the April charge is not refunded.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions (Pro and Team) are billed once per year and typically offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
14-day money-back guarantee
For your first annual purchase, you have 14 days from the date of payment to request a full refund. No questions asked. This applies only to the first time you subscribe — not to annual renewals.
Prorated refunds after 14 days
After the 14-day window, you can still cancel anytime, and we will refund the unused months on a prorated basis. The calculation works like this:
We take the total amount you paid for the annual subscription.
We calculate a per-month value (annual amount ÷ 12).
We refund you for the months remaining from the date of cancellation.
Partial months are rounded down — we refund full unused months only.
Example
You purchased an annual Team plan on January 1 for $240 per user ($20/user/month). You cancel on May 15. You've used 4 full months (January through April) and a partial May. We refund $20 × 7 months (June–December) = $140 per user.
Annual renewals
When your annual plan renews automatically, the 14-day guarantee does not apply again. The prorated refund policy above still applies if you cancel partway through the renewed year.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the terms of your individual Master Services Agreement or order form with Wisibl. Refund terms, cancellation notice periods, and minimum commitments are set at the time of signing.

How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:
Sign in to Wisibl and go to Settings → Billing.
Click Cancel subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Only workspace owners and admins can cancel a subscription. Members can request cancellation but not execute it.
To request a refund, you can cancel first and then email hello@wisibl.com with your cancellation confirmation. We'll process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take:
Credit and debit cards: 5–10 business days.
Bank transfers (ACH, wire): up to 14 business days.
Alternative payment methods: timeline varies by provider.

Your data after cancellation
When you cancel or your plan expires, we do not delete your knowledge graph. Instead, your workspace switches to read-only mode, which means:
You can still sign in, browse your Context Library, and search past knowledge.
You can export everything at any time (JSON, CSV, or Markdown).
You cannot upload new meetings, invite new users, or use Ask Wisibl.
Data is retained for 12 months after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
You can resubscribe at any time during that 12-month window and pick up exactly where you left off.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Add-ons, one-time fees, or usage-based charges (e.g. implementation services).
Subscriptions purchased through third-party marketplaces or resellers — these follow the reseller's policy.
Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
Refund requests submitted outside the windows described above.
In rare exceptional circumstances (e.g. a long service outage, major bug affecting your ability to use the product), we may issue credits or discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Any refund request is evaluated against the policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase.
